1. How does the process work?
Menu are then loaded into our website or download app on mobile apple and android for easy online ordering. Ordering is made quick and simple online by entering your zip code and address. Simply click to view the menu. Select your items and customize your order, then click Checkout to finalize your order.

3. How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover American Express. Credit cards are processed on our secure site at the time of your order.
4. Delivery Time - How long does it take?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 45 to 60 minutes (sometimes even sooner). Delivery times vary based on traffic, very busy restaurant and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance.
5. Can I Cancel or Refund my order?
If you want to cancel an order immediately. Please contact one of our operations managers Call: (951) 699-2424 We’ll do our best to cancel your order and full refund, but if the order is already being cooked, we may not be able to approve a cancellation. NO refund if you change your mind after all the food has been cooked. You may get a store credit the half of the bill in some cases.
6. What about tips? Do I Tip My Driver?
Our drivers are self-employed and, as such, are not paid by the hour and use their own vehicles and gas. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly professionally. As with all food service wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one hour. A 15-25% gratuity is suggested on all orders. For your convenience we have placed an automatic suggested gratuity which is based on a percentage of the grand total. YES--your drivers work hard for tips and they very much appreciate gratuity if you feel you have received good service.
7. Will my food arrive to me fresh?
Absolutely! We submit your order to the restaurant for preparation based on driver availability. This means that your order begins being prepared only when we have a driver on the way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you. You couldnt get it hotter if you went to get it yourself!
8. Can I use restaurant coupons?
Absolutely! you can see coupon code on your My Account menu.
9. What do you do with information you collect from me?
Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside person or entity. We store only needed personal information for order completion and direct contact in our secure and private database. So remember your password.
